1. Where is my order?
Standard Home furnishing orders
We aim to deliver your order within 5 - 7 working days of accepting your order however delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please note that large orders may be despatched separately.
If you have not received your order within the above time-scale please leave 7 days before contacting our customer service team to investigate the non-arrival.

Made to Measure
When placing an order for made to measure items you will be provided with an estimated due date. This due date incorporates the time required to manufacture your items. Please be aware that this date is only a guide.

Made to Order
When ordering Made to Order products, each item will have it’s own lead-time. When ordering several Made to Order items please note that the estimated date for delivery will be that latest date for all items ordered. Our delivery department will contact you to arrange a suitable date for the arrival of your order, subject to availability.

2. How much is P&P?
There is a charge of £4.50 for delivery of Standard Home Furnishing orders and Made to Measure orders. Courier will deliver these orders and exact dates cannot be guaranteed. Please note that larger orders may be despatched separately.

3. How do I get free delivery?
There will be no delivery charge for orders of Made to Order products in excess on £1000 in value.

Gold Card Account holders are entitled to free delivery on Standard Home Furnishing orders and Made to Measure orders. Please note that the delivery charge of £25 on Made to Order products does apply to Gold Card Account holders.
