Laura Ashley, the international lifestyle brand, recruits for roles in our Retail Stores, Head Office in London and Operations based in Wales and Leicestershire. Please see below a brief description of our retail roles and click on the links for an up to date list of our current vacancies:


  • Assistant Manager


Our retail managers are responsible for inspiring their teams to provide the highest standard of service to our customers.

You will have:

  • A passion for fashion and home furnishing products.
  • A commitment to working for a prestigious lifestyle brand.
  • The focus needed to achieve financial and non-financial targets.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Previous retail experience is essential.


  • Interior Designer

Our Interior Designers offer a professional interior design service to Laura Ashley customers, both in their homes and on the sales floor.

You will have:

  • A good understanding of the interior design business.
  • Retail experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A full driving licence.


  • Sales Adviser

Our Sales Advisers offer a high level of customer service whilst maintaining shop floor standards.

You will have:

  • A proven record of excellent customer service and selling skills.
  • Previous experience of working within a team.
  • Previous retail experience.
  • Flexibility with your working hours.


  • Sales Leader

Our Sales Leaders motivate Sales Advisers to work to their best ability, ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times.

You will have:

  • The ability to lead and motivate others.
  • A proven record of excellent customer service and selling skills.
  • Previous experience of working within a team.
  • Previous retail experience is essential.
  • Flexibility with your working hours.


  • Stockroom Assistant

Our store Stockroom Assistants are responsible for the stockroom areas of the store and control the movement of stock both in and out of the store and on and off the shop floor.

You will have:

  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • An efficient and organised manner.
  • Flexibility with your working hours.


  • Assistant Visual Merchandiser

Our Assistant Visual Merchandisers support our stores by providing creative and consistent visual merchandising excellence in line with Company standards.

You will have:

  • A creative flair with an eye for detail.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • An understanding of Health and Safety principles.
  • Previous retail experience.
  • Flexibility with your working hours.


  • Administrator

Our Store Administrators offer reliable, efficient and accurate administrative support to the store management team.

You will have:

  • Previous office administration and retail experience.
  • A high level of numeracy, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic PC skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and organise your work in order to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility with your working hours.
