Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"Cookies" means small files which are stored on your computer's hard drive to identify your preferences and your computer. We use cookies to operate our processes, to obtain general statistical information about users and to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer;

'Goods' means the goods displayed for sale on the Website. It may also include any service that comes with the goods;

'Distance Communication' means purchases exclusively made via telephone, fax, mail order and/or the Laura Ashley website;

'Furniture' means beds and cabinet items made to your order such as wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables, tables, and non-upholstered chairs, floor mirrors and includes Self-Assembly Products which are not available to ‘Take Home’.

'Made-To-Measure' means Products altered or made to measurements provided by you such as curtains, blinds, bedspreads and valances;

'Personal Information' means the details you provide on registration;

'Product or Products' means Laura Ashley good(s) displayed for sale on the Website;

'Self-Assembly Products' means furniture delivered flat packed for assembly by the customer;

‘Take Home Products’ means furniture and non-floor mirrors which are available via standard delivery or for collection from selected stores (subject to availability).

'Standard Home Furnishings' covers all Products such as cushions, lighting, wallpaper and Take Home Products, but excludes Upholstery, Furniture, Made-to Measure and Self Assembly not available as Take Home.

'Upholstery' means Products made to your order and specifications such as upholstered sofas, chairs and footstools in fabric and leather;

'Website' means the website located at www.lauraashley.com;

‘Working Day(s)’ means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or any day which is a public holiday;

'we', 'us', 'our' means Laura Ashley Limited;

'you', 'your' means the customer.

2. Ownership

The Website is an official website of Laura Ashley Limited and the copyright and the database rights are owned by Laura Ashley Limited. The Website and all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to rights in the website as a database) in its text, design, graphics, and the selection, organization and arrangement thereof, together with the Laura Ashley trademark and all other trademarks, logos and trade names depicted on the Website belong to Laura Ashley Limited.

3. Limited Licence and Restrictions

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained on the Website is made available to you for your personal and non-commercial use and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using the Website to a single personal computer. Furthermore you acknowledge and agree that any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited and you agree that it is strictly prohibited to (or to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, modify, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of material and/or content from the Website without our written permission and is a violation of our intellectual property rights.

4. Basis of Sale

All orders that you place on the Website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The following is required to create a contract between you and us:

Please follow the simple onscreen instructions taking you through the process of placing an order on the website. You place the order for your products by pressing "Go to Checkout" on the "Review Your Order page", in doing so you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated as well as any applicable delivery charges.

An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by Laura Ashley.

Except for all orders of Furniture, Upholstery and/or Made-to-Measure products, the acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch of the products unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. If you have ordered Furniture, Upholstery and/or Made-to-Measure products the acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will occur when you receive a confirmatory letter from us unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Once we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur if: the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable; we identify a pricing or product description error; or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must: be over 18 years of age; register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information; provide a valid delivery address in the United Kingdom; (Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and temporary accommodation addresses are not acceptable); and possess a valid Laura Ashley Account Card, or a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

Please note that any acceptance of an order placed from outside the United Kingdom is not valid.

5. Upholstery and Made-to-Measure Products

Three Steps to ensure a problem free delivery

Before ordering please check carefully that the upholstery and furniture products you have ordered will fit into your home.

1.Check the dimensions of the space in which the item will sit allowing for skirting boards especially in recesses, door or window frames, and headroom under any unusual spaces such as sloping roofs. When ordering a sofa bed, recliner or any extending item (e.g. a dining table), remember to consider your product’s size when opened. Product dimensions shown are taken from the largest or widest point H = Height, W = Width D= depth

2. Measure any staircases, doorways or corridors the item will have to pass through, including space for manoeuvring and turning. This is especially important on items marked by , which indicate they arrive fully assembled.

3. Our delivery vehicles are large; please check that they can gain access to or immediately adjacent to the delivery address and let us know at time of order if there are any access restrictions or special needs, which must be considered to ensure a successful delivery.

Standard Home Delivery

  • Furniture and Upholstery Orders of £1000 and over after discount FREE DELIVERY.
  • Furniture and Upholstery Orders under £1000 after discount, the delivery charge is £25.
  • Additional charges may apply in certain circumstances.
  • When you order, we’ll give you an approximate week that our carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Depending on the products ordered, the item with the longest time to completion will determine your estimated delivery week.

Arranging and Completing Your Standard Home Delivery

We have our own fleet of delivery vehicles, although occasionally we use other carefully selected carriers.

  • Once your complete order is ready we’ll call to arrange a delivery day, which may only be on one regular day each week in your area due to carrier availability - Specific delivery times and days cannot be agreed.
  • Approximately two days before the delivery date agreed we’ll try and call, leave a message or send a text to confirm the date and estimated time window of our arrival. To help in planning, if you request, we’ll try and call you about an hour before arrival.
  • A two-person delivery crew will deliver to your room of choice, provided there is safe access. Please assist us by clearing pathways and removing fragile items in preparation for your delivery.
  • Your furniture will be unpacked, set in position, and assembled with the packaging removed and taken away, excluding Self Assembly products such as metal beds. If requested we can leave packaging after the goods have been carefully checked and signed for by an adult.
  • We’ll provide a comprehensive Information and Care Guide on delivery to help you maintain the quality of your product, please take time to read and follow this carefully.

Upholstery and Furniture Payment Options

In Store/Mail Order only pay a 25% deposit of the full order value, with the balance payable a few days prior to the despatch of your order. For 25% deposits, details of a Laura Ashley Account Card, Visa or MasterCard to collect the outstanding balance from must be provided at time of order. Our administrator department(01686 620 350) will charge the remaining balance 3 days prior to the arranged delivery date. Alternatively spread the cost of the payment with one of our finance options.

Upholstery Options

Choosing your Fabric and Leather Covers:

  • Details of our wide range of beautifully designed fabrics, including composition, care, cleaning and features can be found on our website.
  • Many of our fabrics have natural characteristics such as slubs, creasing or pile shading, which make them wonderfully unique. Take a few minutes to understand these so that you select a fabric or leather perfect for you.
  • All upholstery can be affected by light, so we recommend it is positioned away from direct sunlight and heat to protect it from fading and premature wear. Regular cleaning in line with the cleaning instructions will also prevent dirt prematurely aging or fading your fabric.
  • Samples and Swatches:

    • To help you visualise how different fabrics will work in your home, you can pick up a wide range of free fabric swatches from our stores. A selection of larger fabric samples can be loaned on request.
    • To order up to eight fabric, or up to four leather swatches, sent direct to your home, please call the following number 0871 230 2301 or order in store quoting the product number and a description.

    Finer Details:

    We offer lots of choices to make your upholstery product truly individual.

    Fixed or Loose Cover?

    • Loose Covers are available on selected items and present a more casual fit, offering versatility for cleaning and updating your look. A little regular redressing will keep them neat and tidy.
    • Fixed covers are more tailored and can be cleaned in location. We recommend the use of professional cleaners.

    Dark or Light Woodwork?

    • Many Fabric Upholstery ranges offer a choice of light or dark legs and finials, to coordinate with your furniture.

    Sofabeds

    Ideal for accommodating those extra guests, sofa beds contain a bed mechanism under the seat cushion which makes them a little firmer to sit on, but just as beautiful as a standard sofa.

    Added Extras:

    Armcaps

    Available on most shapes. We recommend the use of arm caps to help protect your furniture for longer.

    • Extra durability where it’s most needed to prevent premature wear and tear.
    • Protection against staining and conveniently removed for cleaning.
    • Indicated in the ‘upholstery extras’ panel of our upholstery section in our catalogue on pages 56-73)

    Scatter Cushions

    Available to purchase in any upholstery fabric to add that perfect finishing touch.

    • Generously proportioned, each cushion is 41cm x 41cm
    • Sold individually to give both style and comfort to your sofa.

    Keeping Your Cushions Plumped

    To preserve the appearance of your furniture and prevent fibre and feather filled cushions from flattening, please follow these three simple steps:

    • Plump cushions vigorously on each edge at least once a week.
    • Regularly remove cushions from outer cover to facilitate plumping and rotation.
    • Swap seat cushions around and turn where possible to ensure equal wear.

    Selected products have feather filled pads. This is a luxury pad filling and will flatten with use. It is easily restored with the same maintenance regime as fibre pads. The Information and Care Guide provides detailed guidance on pad maintenance and an information sheet will arrive with your product.

    Furniture Options

    Choosing your Cabinet Range:

    We offer a wide range of furniture options to suit all tastes. Some ranges have extra character added by using hand applied patinas, such as Provencale, or distressing effects, such as Bramley; whilst some ranges have special finishes requiring extra care, such as Milton which needs regular oiling. To ensure you select an option that is perfect for you we recommend you take time to study the features of each range detailed on the relevant page and if possible view in store or on line.

    Wood Grain

    Our beautiful oiled, waxed or lacquered ranges are designed to highlight the natural beauty of wood and will often show interesting features such as medullary rays where wood is cut across the grain, knots and grain shading. These will often vary from piece to piece ensuring that no two pieces are the same, and that your piece is truly unique.

    Oiled Ranges

    To protect oiled furniture ranges from spills and keep them looking great, regular oiling is required. It’s easy to carry out, simply apply Danish Oil, available from most DIY stores, with a lint free cloth quite thinly, monthly during the first three months, and annually, or when ever the appearance requires it, after that. Full details are available in the Information and Care Guide.

    Light and Heat

    All cabinet furniture can be affected by light and will alter in colour over time, so we recommend it is positioned away from direct sunlight and heat to help maintain the colour for as many years as possible.

    Self Assembly Products

    Some of our ranges are designed for assembly by the customer at home. Assembly is very simple and detailed instructions are supplied with the furniture. For these items you will only have to sign for the packaged goods on delivery.

    Keep Your Furniture and Upholstery Looking Good

    Guardsman Protection

    • Most of our fabric upholstery is given a protective stain resistant treatment (excludes washed linen and lindale).

    Information and Care Guides

    • These provide lots of useful information about the features of each product range and how to care for them correctly.
    • To help you make informed choices these are available to view in store or online and will also be delivered with your selected product.

    Upholstery and Made-to-Measure Products will be made specifically to your order in accordance with the instructions and specifications you have given us.

    It is your responsibility to check all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements, including measurements, dimensions, Product features, access and delivery.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

6.1 Cancellations


If you need to cancel or amend a product order it is important to contact us immediately.

Standard Home Furnishings and Self-Assembly Products
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the Standard Home Furnishings or Take Home Products. Products you ordered, by contacting Customer Services on 0871 983 5999. If these Products have already been assigned or dispatched when you contact us, you may return them within 7 days of recipt of delivery as detailed below:

Upholstery, Furniture, Self Assembly and Made-To-Measure Products
If you need to amend or cancel your order for Upholstery, Furniture, Self Assembly or Made-to-Measure Products you are entitled to do so at any time up to 48 hours after you have placed your order, by contacting Customer Services.

If you amend or cancel your order more than 48 hours after you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we incur in relation to your order, however this shall not be more than 25% of the total price of the ordered products. These products cannot be returned after you have received them, unless they have been inspected or confirmed by a representative of Laura Ashley as defective.

Furniture ordered via Distance Communication may be cancelled at any time up to Days commencing from the day after receipt of the Product. Please note that no cancellation charges or costs are applicable if the order is cancelled within this period but the return costs will be borne by you (see below for further details).

6.2 Returns/Refunds

In Store: Products can be returned in person to any of our home stores, garment stores will only accept garments and home furnishings stores will only accept home furnishings. If products have been assigned or despatched when you contact us, you may return them within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Where you are returning Products, you should return them to us by one of the methods set out below, with proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch notes), unopened, unused and in their origional packaging, within 28 days of receipt of delivery; unless they are faulty.

Standard Home Furnishings, and Take Home Products

By Post/online: Products can be returned by using the prepaid label enclosed with your order by post by:

When we receive the products by post, please ensure you package and label them correctly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. Products will remain your responsibility until we receive them. For hygiene reasons pillows and duvets cannot be returned once the protective seal has been opened, unless defective. Fabric of less than 5 metres cannot be returned or cancelled once cut, unless defective.

Furniture, Upholstery, Self Assembly and Made-to-Measure Products
These products cannot be returned after you have received them, unless they have been inspected or confirmed by a representative of Laura Ashley as defective. If you need to amend or cancel your Upholstery or Furniture order you may only do so up to 48 hours after you have placed your order by contacting us on 0871 983 5999. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we incur in relation to your cancelled order. This shall not exceed 25% ff of the value of the Products cancelled.

Furniture and Upholstery cannot be returned direct to our stores, for further details please contact Customer Services on 0871 983 5999.

Furniture and Self Assembly
Furniture and Self assembly items purchased exclusively via ‘Distance Communication’ may be returned by informing us within 7 Days commencing from the day after receipt of the Products that you wish to return them.

If item/s have been despatched or delivered it must be kept in perfect condition, be collected by our nominated carrier and will be subject to a non-refundable collection fee of £50 per single item collected and £75 for more than one item collected at the same time.

For hygiene reasons, Matresses cannot be returned once opened unless confirmed by a represenative of Laura Ashley as defective.

Take-Home and Self Assembly Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging and cannot be returned once assembled or part assembled.

Defective Products
If you believe any of our Products be of an unsatisfactory quality please immediately contact customer Services on 0871 983 5999 and treat your Product with the utmost care. For Furniture and Upholstery products we reserve the right to inspect and remedy any issues highlighted where appropriate on site. Nothing menionted in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Please note that items cannot be returned directly to stores and are only accepted by post. When we receive the products by post, please ensure you package and label them correctly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. Products will remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Essential Checks Before Ordering
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Upholstery and Furniture Products you have ordered will fit into the room for which they are intended, that they will fit through all access points to the room, and that there is sufficient access for our delivery lorry to reach the delivery address, as fees for redelivery and cancellation may apply.

Essential Checks on Delivery
An adult must be available at the address to carefully check the unwrapped product, sign and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Please report any defects immediately upon delivery to Customer Services. For Self-Assembly Products, you are only required to sign for the packaged goods received.

Delivery Charges and Carriers
We only delivery to the following UK territories: Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Off-shore UK Islands and Channel Islands (Please Note: Furniture, Upholstery, Beds and Mattresses are only delivered to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight).

The delivery charges set out below apply to Mainland UK only: If you order products for delivery we can only deliver to Mainland UK address. If you require delivery outside Mainland UK please contact Customer Services for further details. Please note that all callers from outside the Mainland UK should dial +44 1686 620 399 for Customer Services.

Standard Parcel Delivery for Standard Home Furnishings, Take Home Furniture and Made-to-Measure
  • There is a minimum standard delivery charge of 4.50 on orders for delivery to addresses within UK territories.
  • Next day delivery is available by Mail Order from £9 if ordered before 1pm, Monday to Thursday.

  • Take Home Products may also be available for collection in selected stores (subject to availability).
  • Standard Home Furnishings, Take-home, Made-to-Measure will be delivered separately.

Standard Home Delivery for Furniture, Upholstery, Beds and mattresses

  • Delivery to addresses in the UK territories: For orders under £1000 (after discount) the standard delivery charge is £25, delivery is free for orders of £1000 and over (after discount). Please note additional charges may apply in certain circumstances.
  • An additional delivery charge is payable for deliveries above the first floor, deliveries requiring more than two delivery crew, deliveries requiring a small van for access and other exceptional circumstances. The additional charge will range from £60-£130 depending on the circumstances.
  • Our staff will advise you of the additional delivery charges applicable when you place your order as soon as possible thereafter. For prices and availability please contact Customer Services on 0871 983 5999.
  • It is your responsibility to advise us of any non-standard delivery circumstances that may apply at the point of ordering.
  • Deliveries requiring special arrangements can sometimes be made but you will incur additional delivery charges.
  • Please note that most furniture and Upholstery products are only available by home delivery.
  • Deliveries requiring special arrangements can sometimes be made but will be at an additional cost to you. Please be sure that Furniture and Upholstery Products you have ordered will fit into the room intended, via all required access routes and that our large delivery lorry can safely reach the delivery address, as fees for redelivery and cancellation will apply.

  • Important Delivery & Storage Information
    When you order, we will give you an approximate week that our carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Depending on the Products ordered, the item with the longest time to completion will determine your estimage delivery week. Please note that we will charge you a non-refundable storage fee of £100 per full week in the following circumstances:-

    • Where delivery bookings have not been made: 3 weeks after the original due date of the furniture or first booking attempt by Customer Services (whichever is the later); or
    • Where delivery bookings have been made: if you are unavailable to take delivery of your furniture order after agreeing delivery dates with Customer Services re-delivery charges may also apply.

    Delivery Times

  • Delivery dates and weeks are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure Products are delivered by the stated date or within a reasonable period thereafter.
  • We shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery because we cannot gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Specific delivery times and days cannot be agreed at any time in the order process.
  • Delivery of Furniture and Upholstery – Essential Information

  • An adult must be present at the delivery address to carefully check the unwrapped Products, sign and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Please report any defects immediately on delivery to Customer Services on 0871 983 5999
  • For Self-Assembly Products, you are only required to sign for the packaged goods received.
  • The delivery crew will not attempt delivery if there are health and safety issues or where damage to your home may result and they will not remove doors and/or windows.
  • If no one is available to accept delivery or goods will not fit in after being left on site, re-delivery/collection charges will apply of £50 per single item re-delivered/collected and £75 for more than one item re-delivered/collected at the same time.
  • Cancellation fees of up to 25% of total order value may also apply if goods are subsequently cancelled.
  • 8. Risk & Property

    We carry the risk of loss or damage to the Products until you receive them. The Products will pass to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. Until payment has been made in full we may ask you to return the Products to us at any time. If you return the Products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time at which we receive them.

    9. Upholstery Guarantee

    The frame construction and springs of all our Upholstery (excluding ex-display and seconds Upholstery) are guaranteed for normal domestic use for 5 years, provided that the care instructions have been followed. For further information regarding this guarantee or if you wish to obtain a copy of the guarantee please contact Customer Services.

    10. Product use

    All our products are designed to meet domestic use. If you intend to use our Products for commercial purposes, please contact our Customer Services on 0871 983 5999 as some Products require different specifications.

    11. Carpet

    Carpet quotations include underlay and fittings charges. To ensure a high quality service, installation of carpets by one of our professional fitters is a requirement of purchase.

    A £25 measuring fee is payable at the time a measurement is requested. This fee is refundable when you place an order for a carpet, and is deducted from the order total.

    12. Made-to-Measure

    When ordering Made-to-Measure products we rely on the accuracy of your measurements. We will not be liable for any inaccurate measurements provided by you. All fabrics are subject to availability.

    13. Product Descriptions, Colours and Unique Features

    Every effort is made to ensure that the Products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the samples shown in our shops or displayed in our catalogues and on this Website but they might not be exactly the same.

    No responsibility can be accepted for these slight variations, which all add to the unique features of our Products including but not limited to the following:

    • 13.1 On fabric the shade will inevitably vary slightly from one printing batch to another.
    • 13.2 Fabric patterns are not matched unless expressly stated otherwise. There is a 3% allowance on alignment.
    • 13.3 On certain leather finishes there may be shade variations, and the small blemishes found in the leather are a unique characteristic of a natural material and not a defect or weakness. Scratches and marks may occur through everyday use, and seat covers will mould to body shapes which is a feature of natural leathers.
    • 13.4 Many of our Furniture Products are individually hand finished and therefore there may be some slight differences between batches.
    • 13.5 Some of our Products are hand finished to look distressed. Distressing will vary from Product to Product and is a unique design feature and not a defect.
    • 13.6 All measurements are approximate, please allow +/- 2cm variance on sizes stated.
    • 13.7 At times it may be necessary to make changes to the internal specifications of our products and we reserve the right to make such changes.
    • 13.8 Some larger Self-Assembly pieces will require two people to assemble.

    Every reasonable effort on this website is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your monitor, software, or printer.

    14. Anti Fur Policy

    Laura Ashley feel very strongly about the use of real fur in fashion, and believe that the breeding of animals for their fur cannot be justified. We therefore prefer to use imitation fur only. Our leather and sheepskin fashion products use skins which are a bi-product of the food industry only.

    15. Prices and Charges

    All prices are in Pounds Sterling inclusive of VAT at the current rates but excluding delivery charges.

    All reasonable care is taken to ensure that the prices shown are correct at the time of publication including VAT. If an error has been made, we or you may cancel the order in relation to some or all of the Goods as indicated under "Cancellation".

    It may be necessary to raise our prices in certain circumstances, e.g. if component costs increase or currency conversions change materially.

    Laura Ashley will use all reasonable care to ensure that all product information, promotions and pricing including VAT displayed on this website are correct and up to date at the time an order is placed online. It may be necessary to raise our prices in certain circumstances, e.g., if component costs increase or currency conversions change materially or an incorrect price may be displayed on the website due to inter alia administrative or computer errors. Therefore, the price for Products you order will be the price confirmed to you soon after you place your order. In the event that the actual price of the product is higher or lower than the price indicated on the website at the time your order is placed, for whatever reason, Laura Ashley retains the discretion to contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and you may then elect to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price informed to you. If we are unable to contact you within seven (7) days from the date you place your order under these circumstances, we will deem the order as cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund for your order only. This is in addition to the terms and conditions under the Cancellation policy

    All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT. Prices exclude delivery charges and any other charges where appropriate. Please refer to the Delivery section for full terms and conditions on delivery charges.

    You may pay using your Laura Ashley Account Card, or by Visa, MasterCard, Switch and American Express.

    All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

    All card payments are processed for you by our credit card acquirers for a 1.5% fee included in the cost of your purchase. The balance is paid to Laura Ashley Limited. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.

    Account Cards Privilege Point vouchers cannot be redeemed online.

    Fidelity Cards Fidelity cards cannot be redeemed online.

    31. Gift Cards

    1. Gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. 2. Validly activated cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise in Laura Ashley stores in the UK (ROI if purchased in ROI). 3. Gift card may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers, or be used to settle a Laura Ashley Account card. 4. The minimum amount required to activate or top-up this card is £1 (ROI € 1). The Maximum card limit at a given time is £250. However if you wish to load a maximum of up to £1000 please contact Corporate Gift Card team on 0871 200 1597. 5. No change will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchase. 6. In the event of 18 months of consecutive non-use, the card will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted.
