• 1: Use the wallpaper chart shown below to help decide the number of rolls you require.
• 2: Purchase sufficient to allow for pattern matching. Refer to the vertical pattern repeats (Repeat ↕) given in the Swatch Library (pages 211-217).
• 3: If shopping in store (UK and Northern Ireland), select rolls which all carry the same batch number.
• 4: Follow the preparation and hanging instructions printed on the back of the roll label. Always keep the label and a sample of the wallpaper, as these may be useful if any queries or problems arise.
• 5: For the best results use Laura Ashley adhesive.

Samples & Swatches

To help you visualize how different wallpapers and fabrics will work in your home, you can pick up a wide range of free wallpaper and fabric swatches from our stores. A selection of larger fabric samples can be loaned on request. Selected fabrics and wallpapers are also available to view on our website at www.lauraashley.com

To order up to eight wallpaper or fabric swatches or up to four leather swatches to be sent direct to your home, call 0871 230 2301 or order in store quoting the product number and a description.

Wallpaper Delivery

Standard Home Furnishings, the minimum standard delivery charge is ₤4.50.

We usually deliver standard home furnishings that are in stock, within five to seven working days of accepting your order. Next day delivery via mail order is available from ₤9 if ordered before 1pm Monday – Thursday.

Pattern Repeats

Use the vertical pattern repeats (↕) given in the Swatch Library to calculate the amount of extra wallpaper you need to allow for pattern matching.

Some designs have a half – drop (HD), which means that when matching widths, alternate widths will need to be dropped by half the repeat length to match accurately.
