1. Where is my order?

Standard Home furnishing orders

  • We aim to deliver your order within 5 - 7 working days of accepting your order however delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse, containing details on how to track your order online.
  • Please note that large orders may be despatched separately.
    If you have not received your order within the above time-scale please leave 7 days before contacting our customer service team to investigate the non-arrival.

Made to Measure Curtains & Blinds

  • When placing an order for made to measure items you will be provided with an estimated due date. This due date incorporates the time required to manufacture your items. Please be aware that this date is only a guide.

Made to Order Furniture & Cabinet

  • When ordering Made to Order products, each item will have it’s own lead-time. When ordering several Made to Order items please note that the estimated date for delivery will be that latest date for all items ordered. Our delivery department will contact you to arrange a suitable date for the arrival of your order, subject to availability.

2. How much is delivery?

  • Standard Home Furnishings & Made to Measure Curtains & Blind: £4.50 delivery.
  • Made to Order Furniture & Cabinet: £25 delivery charge.
  • FREE delivery for Made to Order Furniture & Cabinet orders over £1000.
  • A courier will deliver these orders and exact dates cannot be guaranteed.

3. How do I get free delivery?

  • FREE delivery for Made to Order Furniture & Cabinet orders over £1000.
  • Gold Card Account holders are entitled to FREE delivery on Standard Home Furnishing orders and Made to Measure orders.
  • Please note that the delivery charge of £25 on Made to Order Furniture & Cabinet does apply to Gold Card Account holders.

4. Who do I contact if I have a query with my order.
